Minami Hamabe's new drama "White Doctor" announced to premiere in January 2022

Japan's popular beauty idol Minami Hamabe announced today on October 28 that she will star in a new medical drama "White Doctor" (tentative translation). The drama is adapted from the popular novel of the same name and tells the story of a mysterious female doctor. It is scheduled to be broadcast on Fuji TV in January 2022, so stay tuned.

• "White Doctor" (tentative translation) is adapted from Shin Shurin's popular mystery novels "White Doctor's Clairvoyant Medical Record Card" and "White Doctor's God's Diagnosis". It tells the story of the mysterious heroine Yukimura Byakuya who was found lying somewhere in a white dress and without makeup when she first appeared. After being rescued, she seems to have special abilities, and can detect misdiagnoses even by extremely experienced doctors, thus truly saving patients.
