This is the first time this year that Bilibili's servers have crashed, preventing users from accessing the site normally. The official explanation previously was that the server was overloaded.

As for Xiaohongshu, some netizens reported that the content could not be refreshed. In response, Xiaohongshu customer service said that they had recorded the feedback about the crash of Xiaohongshu and would check and troubleshoot as soon as possible. Users can try to use it again later.
