Jake Gyllenhaal to star in film 'A Song of Oblivion' adapted from comic book by 'The Walking Dead' author

According to the famous film and television media Deadline, the famous actor Jake Gyllenhaal will star in "Oblivion Song", a movie adapted from the comic of the same name by Robert Kirkman, the author of "The Walking Dead".

The background of "Oblivion" is set in the United States ten years after a mysterious catastrophe. During this period, parts of Philadelphia were occupied by mysterious monsters. About 300,000 people were considered missing by the government, and the government refused to send troops to the city. Gyllenhaal will play the protagonist Nathan Cole, a man who often goes to a closed area called Oblivion for rescue. However, no one knows how this area affects humans.

At present, it is not clear when the film will start production and the approximate release date, and the plot of the "Forgotten Song" comic itself has not been completed. The current last "32nd Day" was released in July, and the author plans to finish the work on "36th Day".
