Shang-Chi director expected to direct Holland's Spider-Man 4 movie

According to The Hollywood Reporter, "Shang-Chi" director Destin Daniel Cretton is in talks with Marvel to return to the MCU to direct the Dutch version of "Spider-Man 4".

According to reports, Destin Daniel Cretton is only in talks and has not yet officially signed with Marvel. The Dutch version of the Spider-Man trilogy was directed by Jon Watts. After Watts left the MCU, the director of Spider-Man 4 has not yet been found.

The report also stated that the "Spider-Man 4" movie is being prepared at full speed and is scheduled to start shooting in early 2025. Kevin Feige and Amy Pascal will serve as producers, and Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, screenwriters who focused on the "Spider-Man" movie, will return to write the script.
