Today (July 30), the Three Kingdoms-themed costume spy drama "The Wind Rises in Longxi", adapted from Ma Boyong's novel of the same name and directed by Lu Yang, announced its completion. Plot summary:

In 228 AD, the Shu army was defeated by Wei in the Northern Expedition. The Shu intelligence department analyzed that the false intelligence that led to the Shu army's misjudgment was sent by Chen Gong, a senior secret agent lurking in Wei. Xun Xu, a counter-espionage expert of Shu, was ordered to sneak into Wei to investigate Chen Gong.
