Canadian Governor: HBO's "The Last of Us" has an annual budget of 200 million and may be filmed until the eighth season

Recently, Jason Kenny, Governor of Albertus, Canada, talked about the economic contribution of HBO's "The Last of Us" crew in his speech on the current situation and future development of his state.

Kenny said: "HBO will spend $200 million a year on the film, and I was told that the show will continue to be filmed until the eighth season." However, the official did not announce that it would be filmed until the eighth season. Previously, local media reported that the cost of one episode of "The Last of Us" was more than $10 million.

The filming location of the TV series "The Last of Us" is in Fort Macleod, Albertus, Canada and its surrounding areas. The first season will contain 10 episodes and will be officially broadcast in 2022.
