Tommy from the game version of The Last of Us confirmed to appear in HBO series

Following the confirmation of the actor for Joel's daughter in the HBO version of "The Last of Us", today (July 16) the show confirmed that another character will be played by the voice actor of Tommy in the original game. Unfortunately, Gabriel Luna has already been confirmed to play the role of Tommy in the show.

According to Deadline, Jeffrey Pierce, the voice actor of Tommy in the game, will play a quarantine rebel named Perry in the HBO series The Last of Us. In addition to Tommy's voice actor, the media also reported that Murray Bartlett and Con O'Neil will also star in the show, playing a couple who live alone in an isolated town in the apocalypse. One of these two characters died in the original version of the game, but there will obviously be more stories about them in the HBO series.

According to previous reports, the first season of the HBO TV series "The Last of Us" will consist of 10 episodes, each one hour long. Once the show enters the filming stage, it is expected to be broadcast in 2022.
