The Bakabon family consists of the eccentric Bakabon Dad, a graduate of Bakada University, his beautiful mother, the airheaded eldest son Bakabon, and the genius child Hajime-chan. Pirates, talking animals, ghosts, and gods appear one after another around the dad... Unusual events and strange neighbors weave together their ordinary yet strange days.
