Episode 1/Prefectural Strategy No. 1

Sanchin, an Indian man who was brought to Hazama Medical University after a traffic accident, becomes an 8,000 horsepower cyborg as a hobby of Dr. Inoue, and in a fit of rage destroys the medical university. Meanwhile, the Electric Pole Gang declares that they will take over the prefecture. The governor makes Morita, Takei, Akiko, and the coach, Roen, members of the Imatsuru High School baseball team into the Prefectural Earth Defense Force. Sanchin arrives at Roen's apartment where they are gathered, and the Electric Pole Gang brings Scope Tsurusaki. After a three-way battle, the apartment is completely destroyed, and Sanchin shouts, "I hate Japanese people!"

Episode 2: Fly to the Devil's Shop

The defense forces investigate after learning that the lumber wholesaler Kisoya is the headquarters of the Electric Pole Group. Meanwhile, General Chilsonia of the Electric Pole Group tricks Baradaki into a robbery and has him socially eliminated. Miyuki, the secretary to the prefectural governor, interviews Chilsonia. All sorts of things get complicated and the situation becomes chaotic.

Episode 3: Cyborg Boogie

In order to fight against Sanchin, Chilsonia takes Yuko's father, Inoue, hostage and turns Yuko into a cyborg. Sanchin says he won't fight girls, but Morita and his friends use a radio-controlled robot to control him, and a battle unfolds between Sanchin and Yuko. In the end, the two of them receive surgery from Mafune to return to being human. Then, Sanchin is turned into a woman and Yuko into a man, causing a commotion.
