The story begins when Kinnikuman Mantaro, Terry the Kid and his friends are scouted to rescue Princess Darenanda, the kidnapped princess of the Anywhere Republic. Main Characters

Kinniku Mantaro (Kinnikuman II) is a modern boy who was raised in an overprotective environment as the prince of Planet Kinniku, but is awakened as a superhuman wrestler by the resurrection of the evil superhumans. He spends his days playing around and is a playboy who has a weakness for cute girls, but when he gets into a pinch, he uses the secret technique of the Kinniku clan, K.K.D. (Shitty Strength in an Emergency), to get out of trouble. His special moves are the Kinniku Buster, Kinniku Driver, and Muscle Millennium.

Meat is a superhuman boy who served the previous Kinnikuman, who was put into cryosleep and woke up in the present day to serve as Mantaro's watchdog and second. Although he is a boy, he is calm and collected, has great insight, and is always troubled by Mantaro's antics.

Muscle Ginseng is the legendary elixir that started this story, and it is said that any superhuman who drinks it can gain the power to rule the universe. In the past, a superhuman war broke out between countless superhumans fighting over it.

Nikaido Rinko is the girl Mantaro admires. She has a rough temper but a kind heart. She is a high school girl who always looks after Mantaro, even though she complains about him. In fact, she is an abandoned child, but she doesn't know this fact.

Gazelleman is a superhero of justice stationed in the Tokyo area as part of the new generation, and is the most talented, having the highest overall results at the Hercules Factory. He is handsome and has high fighting ability, and his special move is the Antler Fist.

Terry the Kid is the son of the legendary superhuman Terryman. He rebels against his father, who fights as a support for Kinnikuman, and is an ambitious young superhuman wrestler who wants to defeat Mantaro and become No. 1. However, after he understands the friendship between Terryman and Suguru, he stops clinging to power and starts working with Mantaro. His special moves are calf branding, toe hold, and Texas clover hold.

Seiuchin is a superhuman justice fighter stationed in Hokkaido, originally from Ireland. He is a talented fighter who was ranked second overall at the Hercule Factory, and is a good-natured young man with a gentle personality, but his good nature can sometimes be fatal in matches.

Princess Darenanda of the Anywhere Republic is a young princess with beautiful features, shining blonde hair, and according to her aide Arenanda, "the secret to her popularity is her slightly naive side." Behind her gentle gaze, she hides her important mission of protecting Muscle Carrots from evil superhumans.

Arenanda, Princess Darenanda's attendant, is a boy with a golden locket on his chest. In order to save the princess who was imprisoned along with the ship, he makes a desperate escape to the sea and seeks help from the Japanese superheroes of justice, the "New Generation." He is strong-willed and his feelings for the princess are unmatched by anyone else.

Baron, the cruel superhuman, is an elite cruel superhuman who, despite his gentlemanly appearance, will stop at nothing to achieve his goal. Aiming for Muscle Carrots, he leads his fearsome cruel superhuman army to hijack the super luxury cruise ship "ROSEBUD". What evil identity is hiding behind his face, which is said to be a disguise...?

The cruel superhuman Dazzle has a mysterious aura about him, resembling a sorcerer. He is the powerful commander of the Baron Corps. He despises Terry the Kid as a weakling, so what will be the outcome of their duel?

The Cruel Superhuman El Caeroon is a creepy, cruel superhuman with an amphibian-like body and a long scarlet scarf. He torments Seiuchin with unpredictable movements derived from his frog, and his special move is the "Flying Frog Attack", which he unleashes at incredible speed.

The cruel superhuman The Protector has a super-heavy body and the destructive power of his special attack "Shell Pressure" is a great surprise even to his opponent, Gazelle Man. He also has the superhuman strength to easily throw a human with one hand.
