story

This story begins with the unique premise that the Ham-chans end up inside a picture book, and depicts a thrilling adventure that unfolds in the world of picture books. The Ham-chans are caught up in mysterious smoke that appears from Switch Paradise, and end up at a mysterious picture book tower. There they meet a writer hamster girl who is struggling to write a good story. The Ham-chans jump into the world of picture books together with her to create a story called "Himawari Taro." Sunflower Taro was supposed to go on an adventure to defeat an evil ogre accompanied by a dog, a monkey, and a pheasant, but the Ham-chans' energetic behavior causes the story to take an unexpected turn. Will they be able to complete the picture book?

Commentary

The film begins with Hamtaro getting lost in the world of "Himawari Taro," a picture book that Loco-chan has read to him. In the book, a friend is kidnapped by the Onihamu hamsters of Onihamu Island, and the Ham-chans join forces to rescue him. Fate lies in the hands of the "magic quill" of the picture book's author, and this is the fourth film in the series of Hamtaro movies of dreams and adventure. The Ham-chans reach the picture book tower and meet a writer hamster who is struggling to write a good story, but with the help of the Ham-chans, a wonderful story may be born.
