To cheer up Chief Ohara, who is worried about getting older, Kankichi Ryotsu and his friends come up with a plan to revive the retired streetcar "Daijiro-go". The plan is unexpectedly a big success and gains the support of many people. However, Ryotsu's evil schemes begin again, and the story takes an unpredictable turn. This episode is full of friendship, hard work, and Ryotsu's unique humor.
