Sega launches the "Bury of Furillian" treasure chest monster headrest to restore the famous scene

Sega's official Twitter account recently released a new peripheral product, a headrest/cushion in the shape of a treasure chest monster, which is expected to debut in spring 2024. This treasure chest monster comes from "The Burial of Frillian".

The manga "Buried Frielian" written by Yamada Zhongren and illustrated by Abe Tsukasa has been serialized in the manga magazine "Weekly Shonen Sunday" published by Shogakukan since April 28, 2020. On September 29, 2023, the animation of the same name produced by MADHOUSE and directed by Keiichiro Saito also began broadcasting on Japanese TV.

The most famous plot in this work is that the protagonist Freellian can be easily "controlled" by the treasure chest monster every time. Sega officials also released a doll of Freellian swallowed by the treasure chest monster at the beginning of this month.

Now they simply launch a Mimic attraction without the main character Frillian. Could it be that Mimic is too popular and they are planning to change all subsequent works to "The Buried Mimic"?
