Despite being harassed during the second-year promotion exam, Soma and his friends work together to pass the test, but the Central Gourmet Agency's interference continues, and in the end, his friends are expelled. Driven into a corner, Soma and his friends decide to have a Regimental Shokugeki against the new Totsuki Top Ten under the Azami administration.
