"Golgoku 13" Volume 201 will be released on July 5th, surpassing the world's longest volume of Ulong Police Station

Currently, the longest-running comic in the world is "Kuroyuki Police Station", which has a total of 200 volumes but has been completed. However, another long-running comic "Golgo 13" Volume 201 will be released on July 5, and it will officially surpass "Kuroyuki Police Station" (200 volumes) to become the world's longest-running comic.

·GOLGO13 was written by the Japanese manga master Saito Takao. It was serialized in 1968. It is a comic book with the real world as the background, describing the story of the top killer "GOLGO13" codenamed "Duke". "GOLGO13" is basically based on current events. Many famous historical events appear in the comics. The combination of real events and fictional plots always makes the work popular with the public.

This year, Saito Takao is already 84 years old. His life's work "Golgo 13" has been serialized for more than 50 years, and he still has no intention of stopping. Now it is about to surpass the equally long-lived "Kurobuta Police Station". I hope the master is in good health and continues to create miracles with his diligent writing.
