Recently, according to the China Film Data Network, the movie "Avatar" will be re-released in mainland China, but the specific release date has not been announced. Today (March 10), according to Douban, "Avatar" will be re-released in China on March 12. In addition, many theaters have also opened pre-sales for the re-release of "Avatar", with ticket prices starting at 30 yuan.

At present, the re-release notice and public screening license of "Avatar" have also been exposed. The public screening license was issued on July 29, 2020, and the screening time is from March 12, 2021 to April 26, 2021.

"Avatar" is an epic science fiction film released in 2009 (released in mainland China on January 2, 2010), written and directed by James Cameron, with main actors including Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Sigourney Weaver, Michelle Rodriguez and Stephen Lang.

In addition, according to Douban, the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy will also be released in China, and the release date is currently to be determined. Previously, the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy has been re-released in North America, South Korea, Taiwan and other regions.
