Black-ish star Kevin Hart cast as Roland in Borderlands movie

According to foreign media Comicbook, the live-action movie of "Borderless Land" has finalized two protagonists, Kevin Hart plays Roland and Cate Blanchett plays the "witch" Lilith. Eli Ross will direct, and Craig Mazin, the screenwriter of "Chernobyl", will be responsible for the script.

Ross said: "I am very happy to work with Kevin. Borderlands is a challenge for him. We are very happy to see Kevin show his unknown other side. He will be a magical Roland." Ross promised to create that "wild, interesting and creative game world."

Earlier, there were media reports that the two would star in the Borderlands movie, and the official announced the news today. The official Borderlands game also welcomed Kevin to join the Borderlands family on Twitter.
