Homunculus, the new film directed by Takashi Shimizu, will be released on April 2, 2021

The new horror film "Homunculus", adapted from the fantasy manga of the same name by Hideo Yamamoto, has officially announced that it will be released on April 2, 2021. Netflix, which participated in the production, will also exclusively release it online at the same time. The director is Takashi Shimizu, who has directed famous works such as "The Grudge", so stay tuned.

·The meaning of "Homunculus" comes from the strange dwarf. It tells the adventure story of the protagonist Mingyue who, after undergoing another special human experiment, developed a magical ability to see the alien monsters generated by the embodiment of other people's evil thoughts, and thus directly see through people's spirits.

"Homunculus" is scheduled to be released on April 2, 2021. Netflix, which participated in the production, will also release it exclusively online at the same time.
