The One Punch Man comics by Yusuke Murata announced that they will stop publishing for two months

The popular manga "One Punch Man", written by ONE and illustrated by Yusuke Murata, suddenly announced that it will be suspended for two months.

The news was officially announced by Neighbor Shonen Jump, the magazine that serializes One Punch Man. It stated that due to Yusuke Murata's various adjustments and preparations, One Punch Man will suspend updates for about two months starting on June 20 (Thursday). The series is scheduled to resume on August 22 (Thursday).

Although the official said that it was because the cartoonist Yusuke Murata needed to adjust and prepare, in fact, the Murata version of "One Punch Man" was temporarily suspended for more than 248 episodes in the first half of this year. The reason was that the plot related to the Ninja Village starting from episode 240 needed to be revised. Specifically, the original author ONE focused his energy on another work "Mob Psycho 100", which made it very likely that the progress of the Murata version of "One Punch Man" would exceed the original work, which led to the situation that many readers believed that the plot was bloated and delayed.

At present, the revised version has also released a few pictures. I wonder if Yusuke Murata and ONE are planning the future development of "One Punch Man" after the suspension of publication. The 31st volume of "One Punch Man" will be launched on July 4. The global sales of the comics have exceeded 30 million copies, making it one of the best-selling comics in history.
