He revealed that Zack Snyder had approached him to star in Aquaman, but he was committed to another movie at the time, so he was unable to participate. Donnie Yen said he is open to playing a superhero. He said that as an actor, he is willing to explore various possibilities, and if the role, the content of the movie and the message it conveys are what he likes, he will consider it.
