Aquaman confirmed to play bounty hunter in Supergirl: Girl of Tomorrow

The highly anticipated DC film Supergirl: Girl of Tomorrow has finally announced its main cast. Jason Momoa will voice the bounty hunter Lobo. Momoa is known for his roles in films such as Aquaman and Dune, and his strong physique and magnetic voice are perfect for the role of Lobo.

Based on the comic book of the same name, Supergirl: Girl of Tomorrow tells the story of Supergirl Kara Zor-El as she fights for survival on a hostile planet. During her journey, she encounters Lobo, who is hired to hunt her down.

The film is directed by Craig Gillespie, who previously helmed the acclaimed films I, Tonya and Cruella. Known for his deep understanding of characters and keen eye for visual style, Gillespie is sure to bring a unique perspective to Supergirl: Girl of Tomorrow.
