To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the broadcast of "Ojamajo Doremi", the new theatrical version "Searching for the Witch Apprentice" will be released on May 15. "Ojimajo Doremi" is one of the magical girl animation series. It premiered in February 1999 and is one of the most popular girl animation series among Japanese students after Sailor Moon. This is a world where witches and humans coexist. In order to ensure that the witch's identity is not exposed, the witch whose true identity is discovered by humans will be transformed into a witch frog. Only another witch with a formal identity can unlock the magic.

The new theatrical version of "Searching for the Witch Apprentice" will feature three girls of completely different ages and experiences: Sora, a college student who hopes to become a teacher, Mirei, a company employee who has returned from overseas, and Reika, a freelancer.
