The cast is amazing! Guy Ritchie's new film "The Gentlemen" released the Chinese version trailer

"The Gentlemen", a new film directed by Guy Ritchie, the director of the "Sherlock Holmes" series and Disney's live-action "Aladdin", released a Chinese-subtitled trailer today.

The story of "The Gentlemen" (Hong Kong translation: "The Gentlemen's Pursuit") tells the story of Mickey Pearson, an American immigrant played by Matthew McConaughey, who successfully built a drug empire in London, England. When he wanted to quit and tried to sell his assets to a wealthy man in Oklahoma, the news leaked out, and a series of conspiracies and lies began to unfold around Mickey. How will he break through the siege and save his career and life?

The film has a very luxurious cast, including Matthew McConaughey, Hugh Grant, Charlie Hunnam, Michelle Dockery, Henry Golding, Colin Farrell and others.

Guy Ritchie

Initially, the film was named "The Rich Man", then changed to "The Bushes", and was named "The Gentlemen" until a few months ago. The film started shooting in England last fall. Like "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels" and "Snatch" that made Guy famous, it is also a British gangster film. Guy himself co-wrote the script with Marne Davis and Ivan Atkinson.

Henry Golding and Charlie Hunnam

Golding plays a Vietnamese gangster, Hugh Grant is a blackmail photographer, Farrell plays a trainer of an MMA fighter, and Dockery replaces Kate Beckinsale as the wife of McConaughey's character.

"The Gentlemen" will be released in North America on January 24, 2020.
