Yoshiyuki Tomino is a famous Japanese animation director, lyricist, and novelist. Born in Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, he has been involved in the production of Japan's earliest TV animation "Astro Boy" and is one of the longest-serving figures in the Japanese animation industry. He is also one of the people who has been active in the animation industry since its early days.
