The first trailer of the domestic animated film "Jiangnan" has been released. From the perspective of a young apprentice in a manufacturing bureau, the film traces back the patriotic original intention of a military mechanic, recreates the era scene a hundred years ago, and expresses the passionate growth ambition of the young mechanic! "Jiangnan" will be released on September 27 and will be available in major theaters across the country. The animated film "Jiangnan" tells the story of the 13-year-old boy Alang from the Caogang on the bank of the Pujiang River during the Westernization Movement. He was curious about the mighty ironclad ships. He sneaked into the warehouse of the manufacturing bureau to play around and caused a big disaster. He met the mechanic's daughter Yulan. Yulan admired Alang's talent and brought him to the manufacturing bureau as an apprentice to his father to pay off his debts. From then on, the strict master and the naughty apprentice formed an indissoluble bond. Two years later, Alang, who had grown into a first-class mechanic, obtained the overseas drawings brought back by the mysterious thin man at the cost of his life. The master and apprentice worked together to develop weapons to serve the country, and the mechanics went to the front line with the army to defend the country... "Jiangnan" combines traditional Chinese aesthetics with real history, using a cold and hard mechanical style to set off a passionate story. The master-disciple relationship that runs through the main storyline is full of rich oriental philosophy. Similar to the master-disciple relationship familiar to many Chinese people, the protagonist of the film, Alang, is smart but occasionally impetuous and reckless, while the master, Chen Tiehan, is stubborn but cold-faced and warm-hearted. The two of them went from having conflicts in the workshop to relying on each other for life and death in a naval battle. The background of the story is the original master-disciple relationship familiar to the Chinese people. Breaking away from the common fictional themes of Chinese animation, Jiangnan chose a unique realistic creation path, taking the Jiangnan Shipbuilding Group's predecessor, the Jiangnan Manufacturing General Administration, as its prototype, and focusing on the unknown mechanics behind China's military industry system. The production team visited military enterprises across the country, conducted field investigations of historical sites and documents, placed the characters in a real historical background, and created a strong sense of the times and distinct character images. |
