The classic masterpiece of the father of Gundam! "Invincible Steel Man Titan 3" is reproduced on Blu-ray for the first time

The father of Gundam, Yoshiyuki Tomino, recently announced that "Invincible Steel Titan 3", which he participated in the creation of in 1978 before the birth of "Mobile Suit Gundam", will be reproduced in high-definition Blu-ray for the first time. It is scheduled to be released on December 3 and the price is not cheap at 40,000 yen (2,400 yuan).

"Invincible Steel Man Titan 3" is the second robot animation produced by Japan's Sunrise Company after its establishment. It was broadcast in June 1978, with a total of 40 episodes. It was Tomino Yoshiyuki's inspiration test work before creating Gundam.

·This work is contrary to the theme of fighting against alien invaders in many previous Japanese super robot animation works. It uses the scientific fantasy of huge mechanized transformation of the human body, which was a relatively novel idea at the time, and integrates some elements such as Japanese period dramas and 007 movies. The body setting also provides a reference blueprint for the company's subsequent works such as the "Mobile Suit Gundam" series.
