Hakuna Matata! The live-action version of The Lion King interprets the classic interlude and sparks heated discussion

When it comes to the mysterious African proverb "Hakuna Matata", the first thing that comes to mind is the well-known interlude in Disney's original version of "The Lion King" in 1994. The popular duo Pumbaa and Timon taught the proverb to the young Simba after saving him, conveying an optimistic and positive sunny spirit. Simba also grew up to be a handsome young prince in the joyful and warm lyrics.

The live-action version of The Lion King performs the classic interlude "Hakuna Matata":

Last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live, the official released a new clip of the real "lion" version of "The Lion King", which was the classic clip of Simba singing "Hakuna Matata" with Pumbaa and Timon as an adult. However, this short 40-second clip still caused a lot of heated discussion among fans, and many people did not hide their disappointment in their words.

The hot discussion among fans focused on the film's lack of expressiveness. Even though Disney has the most powerful 3D CG technology on the planet, it can't make a realistic lion/wild boar/mongoose express as detailed expressions as in the animation, which makes the appeal of the entire clip drop sharply, even to the point of being a little embarrassing. Fans at home and abroad said that they were shocked when Simba opened his mouth, and it was a bit out of place to sing such a song with such a tense expression.

The original footage must have left a deep impression on many friends:

It is true that advanced CG technology can bring people a realistic visual experience, but the vivid and lively exaggerated expression of animation is restricted in the live-action version. The live-action version of "The Lion King" will be released in China tomorrow. Are you enthusiastic about watching the movie?
