AT&T Time Warner Group today finally announced the name of its own streaming platform - HBO Max, officially announcing to the world that it will join the upcoming melee in streaming subscription services such as Netflix, Disney, Apple, Amazon, Hulu, NBC, and Youtube.

As the parent company of HBO, Warner's biggest advantage is its huge library of high-quality films. Time Warner has many good cards to play, including Warner Bros., Fresh, TNT, CNN, TBS, New Line, CW TV, Turner Films, and DC Comics. Warner recently took back the classic hit sitcom "Friends" from Netflix, and this time it will also be launched as a main column on HBO Max.

In other words, in the future, audiences will be able to watch a large number of high-quality content on HBO Max, including "Game of Thrones" and its prequel, "The Lord of the Rings", "Harry Potter", "Friends", "Westworld", "Chernobyl", "Big Little Lies", "Pretty Little Liars", "Tom and Jerry", "Bugs Bunny", "The Wizard of Oz", "Gone with the Wind", etc.

At the same time, HBO Max will also produce a large number of original film and television dramas, including "Dune: The Sisterhood" and "Tokyo Vice".

The HBO Max streaming service platform is scheduled to be officially launched in the spring of 2020. Warner has not yet announced its detailed subscription price, but claims that the initial content will be as long as 10,000 hours.
