The Avengers protected the universe but couldn't protect themselves. Stan Lee's former agent was accused of elder abuse

After the release of "Avengers 4", both the box office and the reputation were great. Many fans silently thanked the late Stan Lee for bringing this magnificent heroic world to our eyes. However, according to CNN, Stan Lee's former agent Keya Morgan was formally charged with multiple counts of elder abuse, including illegal detention. The court has issued an arrest warrant for him, with a reward of up to $300,000.

As a collector, Morgan reportedly became close to Stan Lee after his wife Joan Lee passed away in 2017. Last June, Stan Lee's lawyer filed documents with the court, requesting a restraining order against Morgan for Lee. He said that since February last year, Morgan had manipulated Lee's career and personal life, cut off his contact with the outside world, "taking him hostage in Lee's own home." Morgan was accused of misappropriating and embezzling $5 million of Lee's assets. The document stated that Lee's assets exceeded $50 million, making him a target for those trying to make money.

Last August, a judge granted a restraining order against Morgan, ordering him not to come within 100 yards of Lee or contact him again. He was also banned from contacting or being near Lee's daughter, JC Lee, and brother, Larry Lieber, for three years.

Morgan immediately denied the allegations at the time: "I have taken Stan Lee in very good care of him over the years and have never had a direct conflict with him. I have a very good relationship with him and, as he has stated in many records, I actually saved his life, and I will prove that the allegations against me are 100% false."
