The author of the comic book "Undying Misfortune" is Laotou Huan's die-hard fan: Replaying and waiting for DLC will only increase strength

The manga "Undying Misfortune" recently received an anime adaptation, and its author, Japanese manga artist Keifumi Totsuka, recently revealed that he, like many fans of "Elden Ring", is waiting for DLC. And his favorite play style may be recognized by many people.

Like most manga artists, he shares small details about his life at the end of a volume. Twitter user SantanaelChan shared that in the latest volume, Totsuka wrote: "I'm replaying Elden Ring on PC right now to prepare for the DLC. I only upgrade power. Power is everything."

In FromSoftware's Souls series, there has always been a group of players who wield giant swords or other large weapons, and each of their heavy attacks will cause huge damage to the enemy. Other points are only added to meet the needs of some weapons. Agility or intelligence-based gameplay is too weak in their eyes. Apparently Totsuka is one of these players.

In fact, he is obviously not only a fan of "Elden Ring", he also likes fighting games and seems to be good at it! In another sharing, he revealed that he played "Street Fighter 6" with another cartoonist, Kento Terasaka, the author of "Beast Children". He said that he was very happy because he played "Street Fighter 5" alone. Terasaka revealed: "I was beaten by Kimberly played by Keifumi Totsuka. There are so many great techniques..." But they obviously have a good relationship and made an appointment to play together next time.

The manga "Immortal Misfortune" began serialization in 2020 and has now been completed; the animation began airing in October 2023, and a total of 24 episodes were completed in March this year.
