"X-Men: Dark Phoenix" first poster released and first trailer is coming soon

The first poster of "X-Men: Dark Phoenix" has been released and the first trailer is about to be released.

The latest dynamic poster is only 5 seconds long, showing the silhouette of Dark Phoenix played by Sophie Turner. The narration is the whispers from different people: "What did you do?" "I protected her", "From the truth", "This is your mistake", "You don't belong here", "I have seen evil, and I am looking straight at it"... The sinister battle seems to be imminent.

"X-Men: Dark Phoenix" is set in 1992, 10 years after the events of "X-Men: Apocalypse". At the beginning of "Dark Phoenix", Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence), Beast (Nicholas Hoult), Storm (Alexandra Shipp), Blue Devil (Kodi Smit-McPhee), and Quicksilver (Evan Peters) have an unexpected new role: a national hero.

Professor X (James McAvoy) even graced the cover of Time magazine, but his increasing ego put the team in danger. "He began to become complacent, pushing the X-Men to do more extreme tasks," the director said.

After the X-Men are sent into space on a rescue mission, a solar flare hits their plane, triggering a surge of energy that unleashes an evil, powerful force within Jean - the Phoenix Force.

The film is partly based on the comics by Chris Claremont and will feature some of the biggest X-Men adventures to date, including the first foray into space. It will also be the most sinister and dark film in the series, with a huge reversal in the middle that will irreversibly change the entire X-Men franchise.

"X-Men: Dark Phoenix" is directed by Simon Kinberg, the producer and screenwriter of the "X-Men" series, for the first time, and will be released in North America on February 14, 2019.
