"Oppenheimer" will be re-screened in IMAX theaters in some parts of Europe and the United States

IMAX recently announced that Christopher Nolan’s latest film "Oppenheimer" will be re-screened in some IMAX theaters in Europe and the United States on January 12.

The re-release theaters include 13 locations in the United States, Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. It will be screened in 70mm IMAX format, and the videotape used in the filming is said to weigh 600 pounds.

Oppenheimer was originally released worldwide on July 21 this year. The film cost $100 million to make and has grossed $954 million worldwide so far. It has a Douban score of 8.8, an IMDb score of 8.4, and a Rotten Tomatoes freshness of 93%.
