The R-rated comedy film "Ted" will have a prequel series, the first poster of which has been revealed and will be broadcast on Peacock on January 11, 2024. Trailer: The first season of the seven-episode series "Ted" is set in 1993, with Ted (voiced by Seth MacFarlane) and his best friend, 16-year-old John Bennett (Max Burkholder), as well as John's parents Marty and Susan (Scott Grimes and Alanna Ubach) and cousin Blair (Giorgia Whigham) living together in their old home in Framingham, Massachusetts.
