According to real-time data from Lighthouse Professional Edition, the total box office (including pre-sales) of the 2023 summer season (June 1-August 31) exceeded 10 billion, setting a new record for the fastest summer box office to break 10 billion in Chinese film history.

"She Vanished", "The Octagonal Cage" and "30,000 Miles from Chang'an" are currently ranked in the top three of the summer box office list, all of which are domestic films.

Among them, "Ancient China" is regarded as the biggest dark horse of the summer season. It is a film that was not very popular in the early preheating. At the beginning of its release, many viewers brought their children to watch it, but in the end they were deeply moved.
