Acclaimed director Quentin Tarantino has denied rumours that he is working on a third film in the Kill Bill series. During an interview with DeMorgen, Quinn was asked about rumors that Uma Thurman and her daughter Maya Hawke would co-star in the sequel, but the director refuted it: "I don't think it's possible. My last movie will be about a film critic, a male film critic. And it will be set in the 70s." At the beginning of his career, Quinn limited himself to making only 10 films. His next film, about film critics, will also be his last. There will be no room for Kill Bill 3 after this. Last year, Uma Thurman hinted that Kill Bill 3 might happen. She said during an appearance on The Jessica Gerling Show: "I can't really tell you anything about it. What I'm saying is that it's been discussed for years. It's true that some people thought that this movie would happen, but it was a long time ago. I don't think it will happen anytime soon." Director Quinn has previously stated that he and Thurman discussed the possibility of making another sequel, incorporating some of the ideas used in the previous film. |
