Mission: Impossible 7 is the longest film in the series at 156 minutes

Mission: Impossible 7, starring Tom Cruise, is 156 minutes long (2 hours and 36 minutes), the longest film in the series so far. The previous longest was Mission: Impossible 6, which was 148 minutes. Mission: Impossible 7 will be released on July 14 this year.

Earlier, the foreign media "Variety" revealed that due to the impact of the epidemic, the investment in "Mission: Impossible 7" was as high as 290 million US dollars. The director and Tom Cruise planned to use this episode and "Mission: Impossible 8" (released next summer) to "say goodbye" to Ethan Hunt and bring the series to a climax (end). The latest rumor is that the director and Tom Cruise seem to have changed their minds and want to shoot Mission: Impossible 9.
