Recently, new stills of Netflix's animated film "The Monkey King" were released, and the Monkey King's appearance has caused heated discussions among netizens. Many domestic netizens do not approve of the Monkey King's appearance, complaining that his face and body are very strange, not beautiful at all, and not domineering and majestic at all.

The animated film "The Monkey King" is adapted from "Journey to the West" and is scheduled to be officially released this summer. It is directed by Anthony Starkey, produced by Stephen Chow, and produced by Zhou Peilin and Kadra Harlan. Ouyang Wancheng, Yang Bowen, Julie Huang-Rappaport, Joe Koy, Yuan Wenzhong, Li Xun and others dub the characters.

Producer Zhou Peiling said: "This Monkey King is different from what everyone has seen before. Stephen Chow will add his own comedy elements to this classic story, allowing us to have a deeper understanding of human nature and what is good and what is evil."
