Today (April 13), Makoto Shinkai's classic movie "5 Centimeters per Second" opened an official Weibo account, and the film may be introduced to China. "5 Centimeters per Second" is a realistic animation film created by Makoto Shinkai, which was officially released in Japan on March 3, 2007. The work is an animated short film with a boy as the story axis and unfolds three consecutive independent stories. The background of the era is from the 1990s to modern Japan, showing the changes in Tokyo and other regions through the boy's life.

The first episode, "Sakura Tsurugi", describes the feelings of Takaki and Akari when they were young and the day they met again. The second episode, "Astronaut", describes the life of Takaki and Akari after they separated from the perspective of Sumida Kanae, who has a crush on Takaki when they entered high school.
