Popular romance manga "Suspected Harem" confirmed to be adapted into TV animation

Shogakukan announced that the work "Suspicious Harem" drawn by manga artist Saito Yuu will be adapted into a TV animation. The original cast of the radio drama will return, with the male lead Kitahama Eiji played by Nobuhiko Okamoto and the female lead Nanakura Rin voiced by Saori Hayami.

The manga was first serialized on Twitter in 2018, and after it became popular, it began to be officially serialized in Shogakukan's Monthly Shonen Sunday in 2019. It has now been completed. The final volume, Volume 6, was released in April 2021.

The story mainly revolves around the two protagonists Kitahama Eiji and Nanakura Rin. Both are members of the school drama club. Rin, the female lead, has a crush on Eiji, the stage manager, but she doesn't dare to confess directly due to the ambiguity of youth. When Eiji helps Rin with acting training, Rin can hint at her feelings through the mouths of various characters, and Eiji seems to be liked by many girls at the same time, so he is called "suspected harem".
