Cameron calls out to Chinese movie fans: We recommend going to Dolby Cinemas to watch "Avatar 2"

"Avatar: The Path of Water" has officially been released. The film's box office in mainland China has exceeded 500 million yuan. On its seventh day of release, the cumulative number of viewers reached 8.701 million.

Recently, Dolby China’s official Weibo account shared a video of Cameron and producer Jon Landau, explaining why Dolby Cinema is a better choice for watching "Avatar: The Way of Water", and introduced how Dolby Cinema presents the director's creative intent in its original form.

Cameron called on Chinese movie fans to watch the film on the big screen. If possible, they would like to watch it in Dolby Cinema. Cameron said that Dolby Cinema can use laser projection to present beautiful, bright and clear 3D images and wonderful Dolby Atmos sound effects.

"Avatar: The Way of Water" supports 3D, CINITY, IMAX 3D, Dolby Cinema, China Giant Screen, etc. The producer also recommended IMAX, CINITY, and Dolby Cinema in the interview, believing that these versions can bring relatively better audio-visual experience to the audience.
