Sony Pictures' Ghostbusters sequel to be directed by Gil Crane

According to foreign media reports, the sequel to Sony Pictures' "Ghosts" to be released in 2021 is being actively planned. The director has been confirmed to be Gil Crane, who served as the screenwriter of the first film, and most of the main actors in the first film will also return to continue starring, so stay tuned.

"Ghostbusters" is a fantasy comedy produced by Sony Pictures, directed and written by Jason Reitman, starring Paul Rudd, Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard, McKenna Grace, etc. It will be released in North America in November 2021. The film is a sequel to the 1980s science fiction comedy "Ghostbusters", telling a series of strange stories after a single mother brings her two children to a small town in Oklahoma.

Regarding the sequel to "Ghostbusters", Sony Pictures has signed a contract with the film company co-founded by Gil Crane to serve as director and be responsible for the main production.
