Streaming platform Disney+ has confirmed that the new series "Star Wars: Core Team" will premiere on the platform in the United States on Monday, December 2. This is one day earlier than the original launch date, but the remaining episodes will be updated every Tuesday thereafter. The show stars Jude Law as a Jedi Knight, who embarks on a "unique Star Wars adventure". The show is more targeted at young audiences, similar to the story of Peter Pan, in which a Jedi Knight takes four children to explore the world of Star Wars. In addition to Jude Law, the cast also includes Kerry Condon, Nick Frost, Tunde Adebimpe and Jaleel White. Disney+ also revealed the show's director lineup.
