According to DEADLINE: The actor who played "Black Manta" in Jason Momoa's movie will join Marvel and Disney Plus' new show as Simon "Miracle Man" Williams. Created by Stan Lee, Don Heck, and Jack Kirby, the hero made his comic debut in Avengers #9 in 1964.
