The live-action movie "The Little Mermaid" released the first trailer, and the black mermaid sang passionately

At the Disney D23 Expo, we saw the latest trailer for the new live-action movie "The Little Mermaid" starring Halle Bailey. This trailer shows the scene of the underwater kingdom where the little mermaid Ariel lives. More importantly, in the trailer we can see a clip of Halle Bailey singing the classic song "Part of Your World".

The live-action version of "The Little Mermaid" is directed by Rob Marshall, who also directed "Into the Woods" and "Mary Poppins Returns" for Disney. In addition, the composer of "Moana" and "Full House" also wrote four new songs for this film.

The film version of "The Little Mermaid" will be released on May 26, 2023.
