Fans speculate that Ghost Rider may appear in "She-Hulk", but the screenwriter denies it

With She-Hulk set to premiere on Disney+ soon, there's a lot of speculation about how the series will relate to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Comic book fans have discovered a character related to Ghost Rider Jhonny Blaze.

However, it turns out that character is Donny Blaze, just one letter short. He will be played by Rhys Coiro. DEADLINE asked the actor about his role during the series premiere, but he wouldn’t reveal too many details.

He replied: "He is a very powerful and wonderful man, very wonderful and outstanding in every way, and he lives only to amaze and entertain people."

His wife Kat Coiro, who is the show's director, chimed in that the only person who could answer more questions about Ghost Rider's possible appearance is Marvel director Kevin Feige.

However, executive producer Jessica Gao provided clarification on a character that fans have been speculating about.

“He’s not Ghost Rider — his name is Donny Blaze,” Gao said before adding the character: “A magician named Donny Blaze.”

Gao stated that Donny Blaze is definitely not the new Ghost Rider, saying "he's just a magician who chose a stage name that he thought would get a lot of attention." The executive producer concluded by saying that Donny Blaze is "an important character in his series, but he's not Ghost Rider."
