Star Wars series 'Andor' season 2 to premiere in April 2025

At D23 Brazil, Lucasfilm announced that the second season of the Star Wars series Andor will premiere on Disney+ on April 22, 2025. To celebrate the announcement, Andor's droid B2EMO was brought onto the stage.

It is reported that the second season of "Andor" has a total of 12 episodes. The story lasts for four years, and one year passes every time three episodes are broadcast.

As for what else fans can expect from Season 2, Diego Luna, who plays Andor, said that Season 2 will turn Rogue One: A Star Wars Story into a completely "different movie."

"I think that people who watch Rogue One after watching season two will see a different movie," he said. "Everything will make different sense knowing why Ketu is there. I think it will allow you to witness the journey of Rogue One in a different way. And it's not just Ketu, but many other characters as well. I think it will be very cool."
