The Russo brothers, directors of "Avengers 4", want to make Marvel's "Secret War" and say it is their dream Marvel project.

In an interview with Deadline, the Russo brothers revealed that Secret Wars is actually their dream Marvel project, but did not confirm whether it has passed the green light within Marvel.

"Our love for Marvel is based on the books we read as kids, and we loved them. One series we loved growing up was Secret Wars."

First published in 1984, Secret Wars unites the Avengers, X-Men, Fantastic Four, and other superheroes who are transported to a place called Battleworld by an alien entity. The comic also later introduces the symbiote that would later be known as Venom.

The Russo brothers also said that if they shoot the film, they will make it in two parts.

"Secret Wars is incredibly ambitious. It's going to be bigger than both Endgame and Endgame, but that's a tall order, those two movies were hard to make. So try to imagine making two more movies that are bigger than those two? We're going to have to sleep on that."
