Tencent Video to develop new series of "Infernal Affairs" movies, produced by Andy Lau

Recently at the 2022 Tencent Video Film and Television Annual Conference, Tencent Video introduced the platform's performance in the drama market in the first half of the year, as well as new thinking on content creation strategies in the new cycle, and shared a new list of dramas and movies.

Tencent Video officially announced 25 movies at the conference, including remakes of "Lin Hai Xue Yuan", "Infernal Affairs", "The Heaven Sword and Dragon Saber" and "Swordsman", etc. It aims to refurbish the moments of light and shadow in the audience's memory and create new classics of the era.

Among them, the new series of "Infernal Affairs" movies has been confirmed to be produced by Andy Lau, and is currently being produced in full swing and is expected to officially start shooting within the year.
