The light novel "Will You Become the Strongest Alchemist?", written by Kogunemaru and illustrated by Hitomi, was first serialized on the novel submission website "AlphaPolis Power Grid Floating City" in August 2017. In August 2018, the manga of the same name adapted by Sasaka Mataro was also successfully launched.

Recently, the official released the first promotional trailer for the animated adaptation of the same name, and also announced that the animated version of "Will You Become the Strongest Alchemist?" will officially start broadcasting in January 2025.

"Will You Become the Strongest Alchemist?" PV 1:

It is understood that the animation of "Will You Become the Strongest Alchemist?" will be produced by STUDIO COMET, with Naoyuki Katsuratani as the director and Mitsuki Hirota as the script coordinator. Voice actors Shogo Sakata, Ai Kayano, Nao Touyama and Afumi Tsuchi will participate in the performance.

The original story of "Will You Become the Strongest Alchemist?" tells the story of Takumi Iruma, who is not a hero but is involved in the hero summons and enters a different world. He gets an apology from the goddess, which gives him the right to obtain the skills he likes.

He originally hoped to use his humble production skills to live a life in a different world away from battles. However, the skill "alchemy" he was given turned out to be the strongest skill that could make anything from holy swords to airships... and the adventure of Takumi Iruma, who would eventually become the strongest alchemist, began.
