Industrial Media has launched well-known programs in the past, such as "American Idol" broadcast by ABC and "90 Day Fiancé" broadcast by TCL.

Sources revealed that in this transaction, Industrial Media is valued at up to $300 million. It is reported that the company's shareholders include well-known private equity investment firm Crestview, BlackRock Group, and United Talent Agency.

It is reported that the acquisition negotiations between Industrial Media and Sony are ongoing, and there is a possibility that the deal will not be reached. In addition, it is not yet known whether other companies besides Sony are interested in acquiring Industrial Media.
